The Wonderland Time Machine

Alison just found this Polaroid camera that causes everything it captures to be magically transported back in time 30 years.

Oh my god, Phil. It does!

I am squealing. Remember how you used to hang with my parents in '75, when they first moved to Calgary? You'd drink stubbies together in their house in Forest Lawn. I was always wearing those footed PJs.

You couldn't be that same little hell raiser!

why did light only glow like that for, like, the years 1974-1979 inclusive? was it something to do with proportions of reflective polyester in the room at all times? or was it reflecting off the stubbies?

... that is it, i am going out to buy red stripe.

No, No, Polaroids don't capture light, they capture ether.

and No! No! No! Not red stripe! We make stubbies in Canada still! I do not need to say where I hope!

Does the Polaroid also make your clothes vintage and your kitchen cabinets fug?

Exactly! Exactly! I think there are even photos of me from that night where I'm not wearing that shirt, carrying stubbies, or standing in front of fug cabinets.
