Headed to Knoxville for Mom's Masters Graduation, which somehow took three ceremonies.  Two aunts, two (other) brothers, and a Dad came too, and we had, of all things, high quality family time. Terrifying.

Went to see the Avengers opening night, because that is what my people do. Assigned seats and all.

I thought it meant that Suzy always wanted to do whatever the F*ck she wanted, which in her case was building houses. They thought it meant that Suzy wanted to be a homemaker-homemaker, but she didn't succeed, so now she does this instead. I would hate an ad that means that too.]

Phil Be Not Proud

It always takes time to get used to being single. In the shower this morning I caught myself thinking of dating this Calculus textbook.  Then I started to feel guilty because this Calculus textbook is thoughtful and caring but I'll probably end up dating a book that's much sexier.
