We've been checking out churches. You should try Orthodox: they sing the whole time, sit whenever they want, and the priest spends half the time behind a wall, so you get lots of time to look at all the pictures.

Um, lots of things?
It's the thing Jesus' feet were nailed to. First, Jesus broke it crooked, that's how much pain he was in. Second, the two guys he was crucified with, one got to go to heaven and the other one didn't - the crooked bar shows you which one. (and reminds you how to get to heaven, of course.)
the priest stands behind a wall? this is alarmingly illustrative of something (but then i guess so is the crooked bar. also, i don't understand how it reminds you how to get to heaven, apart from remembering to be crucified on the correct side of jesus.)
Yeah, well, you also have to remember the story about the thieves, and one of them believe in Jesus or repents or something. (You know, faith, or works, or whatever gets you in to heaven, I forget.)
I went to St. Hermans, the more Canadian Orthodox church, and the wall is more like a fence with lots of holes so you can see what's happening, and it is COMPLICATED. Not so at the Russian Orthodox church.
