Of course we took T's mom to Banff, to show her that the mountains are even beautiful in the rain.And the tourists are friendlyAnd the hotels are so classy they're worth posing with

Fari took us to Edmonton's new Persian restaurant, Sabzy.  Good times: She and Irina were like sisters who hadn't met, and Alessandra's Russsian is fantastic:  

... And I heartily recommend the place, if not for the hookah then at least for the desserts.

More Moms

We have another visiting mom, but instead of Looking at plants, this one likes to cook delicious food in copious quantities.  And take photos, which bodes well for the blog.  And its creator's  stomach.
