Well Met

Neil and Lauralee had a fine wedding, and a reception with beautiful speeches and open bars. A fine Kitchener-Waterloo wedding, The groom and his men all wore kilts and the German festhall served everyone chicken _and_ schnitzel.
I'm happy for them.

Local Colour

The autumn view of the river valley in Edmonton is beautiful, but lately I've noticed that it looks like it's missing something. It took me three straight years to figure out what it was: Red. Purple and orange too, for that matter.
