A New Day

George and I got to the airport a little early, which gave me a chance to play with my new camera.

Life Events

While I'm in town for the wedding there are a few babies for me to meet. A few, um, kids, too.

Toronto: tall things made of stones!

It's teaching and travelling season. Other people are travelling, which means postcards. I am teaching, which means that language is magnificent and I must show them.

YEG->YVR->YYZ->BNA

You'd think flying through 4 airports in 4 time zones would be enough to get me off the continent

The best kind

.... and the women who love them?  ..... and how to get them?  I need this book.

Which one is which?

This windows both lead into the same storefront. At most one of them makes sense.

So is it even beer?

Home

Don't take this as a comment on what I think about your city, but I love Toronto. Even if it didn't have a bunch of good friends of mine in it.

Oh no!

The experiment in the museum went wrong and several alternate dimensions from the future exploded out of it into our dimension! The space time continuum! We must tame it!

Endeavour 8

Recognize this mountaineer? Semester 34 spent much of the reunion getting him to the ceiling of the main party zone at the science centre. He looks smaller up there than he did on the ground, but he managed to puzzle our old teachers Pauline and Judith, as you can see below.
This mission is begging for a longer entry, but that's not for this blog.

Vision

I was in Ontario for a Science School reunion on Saturday. Friday night, Noah had an awesome barbecue at his house and I took the opportunity to have a mullet sculpted. I went to someone with experience and, as you can see, determination.
