Dry Heat

In Edmonton, you can dry clothes in a dark basement over night. Pat says that in Tucson you can take them out of the washer, put them outside on the line, put a load in the dryer, and then immediately take them back down: they're dry! I told him that in Japan you can put them on the line at night, go to work the next day, come back home from work, and your clothes are wetter than when you put them out.

Here you could probably put your clothes out at night. Then use them to sled on in the morning until they thawed :)
I don't know if they would freeze that much but we are expecting snow tomorrow so humm I might try it
